Enhancing Societal Resilience to Hybrid Influence

For this session of DIGILIENCE 2019 we invite submission on the following sub-themes:

• Identifying and countering fake news, trolls and disinformation flows
• Identification of fake images and video
• Identifying and countering influence campaigns and attempts to compromise democratic elections
• Enhance resilience to hybrid influence

This session is organized by Prof. Todor Tagarev. Some of the sub-themes are addressed in his open access article "Hybrid Warfare: Emerging Research Topics."
