George Sharkov

Dr. George Sharkov is CEO of the European Software Institute (Eastern Europe) and Head of the Cyber Security and Resilience Lab at Sofia Tech Park. Dr. Sharkov served as National Cybersecurity Coordinator of Bulgaria (2014-2017) and is presently advising the minister of defence on cyber security and defence issues. He led the development of the national cybersecurity strategy “Cyber Resilient Bulgaria 2020.” George lectures on software process and design quality, cyber security and resilience, active cyber security.

In DIGILIENCE, Dr. Sharkov leads the organization of the session on "AI for Cyber and Cyber for AI."
