For this session of DIGILIENCE 2019 we invite submission on the following sub-themes:
- Methods, models and benchmarks for assessing societal resilience to disasters
- e-tools for engaging the public to enhance safety and security
- other ICT research results and applied tools supporting the societal resilience in the face of man-made or natural disasters
