Boyan Mednikarov

Rector of Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Varna, Bulgaria. 

Prof. Mednikarov graduated the Bulgarian Naval Academy in 1984, the Kuznetsov Naval Academy, St. Petersburg, Russia in 1992, and the "G.S. Rakovski" Defence and Staff College in Sofia in 2006. He is Rector of the Bulgarian Naval Academy since 2011, and in 2016 received the rank of Flotilla Admiral (Commodore).
